After getting convicted on lewd conduct charges for playing gay footsie with an undercover cop in an airport bathroom known for gay casual encounters (which are usually solicited via those same footsie-gestures), this Republican Senator bends over backwards to try to convince the world that he never bends over forwards (and never has bended forwards).
