An Upper West Side pediatrician who conspired with families to get their young kids into school without state-mandated shots was fined $10,000. The parents of his patients were concerned about possible adverse health effects of vaccines. So lets get everyone else’s kid sick b/c of one parent’s concern of the side effects of vaccines….i get..maybe…
