Ms. Paris Hilton may be in trouble with the authorities again…but this time the anmial cops on her her tail (no pun intended) Hilton appeared Wednesday on Ellen DeGeneres’ TV show and confessed she had 17 dogs, not realizing that it’s illegal in LA to own more than three dogs unless you’re a licensed breeder.
