It is something they have wanted ALL ALONG -- namely, the ability to spy limitlessly on the Democrats. Congradulations Democratic Party, you've just written your own political obituary. The hatingly ironic part is that you did this because you believed it to be the politically expedient thing to do. "Those republicans wont be able to call us weak on terrorism now!" say the Democratic leaders. True, but now they will be able anticipate your every move in the upcoming election. And they will be able to find out ALL of your guys' dirty laundry and then they will blackmail your asses into not opposing them. Oh wait, that's probably what they've already done!
