Oil surges past $140 a barrel serving as the breaking point for the Dow Jones today which closed at with a down of nearly 360 points…the lowest since 9/11/06. The fall of the U.S. the Rise of China? Japan? EU? All I know is that I’m still as broke as I ever wuz!
