Police confiscated a gun belonging to Jerry Lewis that was found in the 82-year-old entertainer’s carryon bag as he prepared to fly to Detroit from Las Vegas. Lewis was then cited for carrying a concealed weapon. Lewis’ manager says the handgun is a hollowed-out prop gun that Lewis sometimes twirls during his show and that the gun couldn’t fire. But the police see the situtation a bit differently. A policeman is quoted as saying if the gun wasn’t a weapon then “we [w]ouldn’t [have] cited him for carrying a weapon.” Ok..i guess i get that logic..because you said it’s a weapon then it’s a weapon and if it wasn’t a weapon cause you say it isn’t a weapon then it’s not a weapon…woah
