As if Ms. Tyra Banks needed any more publicity…she has posed as Michelle Obama in a recent photo spread for Harper’s Bazaar. The question is why, Tyra? Is it that you think that Mrs. Obama is not able enough to withstand a photoshoot on her own beautiful merits that you feel the need to insert your “supermodel” assistance? Or is it that you truly do admire Michelle so much that you were just dying to portray her? Whatever the reason darling, you did NOT do Michelle any justice.

The photoshoot really does not seem to channel any of Mrs. Obama’s spirit. From what I’ve seen and heard Michelle is exteremly invested in her family and in Barack. Maybe Michelle secretly has a dream of running through red, white, and blue confetti, while looking at the camera and not embracing her husband or children.

Now we all know of the banter out there that Barack is “elitist”…now could Tyra have invested anymore credence to these rumors? Becasue I’m sure that every Ivy League educated couple spend their nights lounging around in their alma mater logo wear with books and newspapers.

Ms. Obama can handle her own thank you very much Tyra…but have to say that we all appreciate your attempt. (BTW…why is the young girl that’s portraying the “daughter” wearing the same dress? I mean gosh..couldn’t she get a wardrobe change too?)
